Thanks for this info. I tend to do aerobics because it gets the blood pumping and I can get my steps. But I definitely need to do more of a full body workout routine! Great inspiration.

Its very important to do some work out, also once a week is great solution to go for swimming pool and attending some sport activities beside regular workout.
