Calisthenics Core/Abs Workout

Hey Steemians,

This is an old video which i move to Dtube, because i believe in Dtube and don't need Youtube anymore ;)

Im still a beginner in making videos. I know now that you should move the phone by 90 degrees ;)

Never forget to train your core. Next to the nice visible abs you develop a better body posture and gain strength which you can transist to every exercise. YOu can train your core and abs everywhere and you can do it quick and effective, no need to spend hours in the gym. ;)
