Yeah that all sounds fine from the outside, but the truth of the matter is promoting a ponzi is actually illegal. Ignorance of the law is not a defense OR excuse.
The problem is there is no way to tell if its a ponzi or something amazing at the beginning. Take Steemit for example.. if you check some of the early posts from 2016, you can see so many people have said oh steemit, that's just another ponzi.. and look at now how amazing this has become

Stand up and take responsibility for who you are and what you've done both right and wrong.
