Corporations Generate Insane Profits From The Most Destructive Ingredient On The Market

in #tribesteemup5 years ago (edited)

How far can humans go before they realize that monetarism has boundaries that we cannot cross? Hence limited and its limitations will have to be confronted, rather soon than later, so that we can let this system collapse on under its own weight and restart everything anew.

Monetarism cannot be fixed because it encourages moral relativism (human values changing depending on the needs of the moment), shapes the "Celebrity Cult" (fame used to social engineering) and compartmentalizes society (endless class wars). In fact xenophobia too is generally linked to economic issues.

“If the problem is in politics and politicians and their power of decision, they need to be pressured,” Astrini said. (from guardian.uk article below)

Politicians have no thinking on their own, they must parrot what they are told by corporate entities so that the latter can plunder the planet more easily.

PSYCHOPATHY: 10's of 1000s of Deaths For Palm Oil In Indonesia Every Year

Moreover, the carbon footprint regulations are obviously bunk, so draw your own conclusion about our engineered climate change, agreements between bigwigs as Indonesian lawmakers remain unfazed by the 100 K deaths they help cause for the sake of corporate profits. Nobody is going to jail! The orangutan is now an endangered species as a result.

100,000 deaths in 2015 alone, and the burning of the peatlands have been going on for at least 15 years already... Do math: this means 1.5 million deaths at least, so that our processed foods (which are so unhealthy by the way) can make CEOs and their lobbyists fantasize about getting even richer.

Meanwhile, death by gluttony for the masses is socially engineered. What for? Getting chronic diseases?

The Amazon rainforest is being destroyed at an alarming pace, and today the deforestation amounts to 987,000 football pitches contends the guardian uk. But the area is also be cleared to raise for cattle ranching. Cattle ranching is now the biggest cause of deforestation in the Amazon, and nearly 80 per cent of deforested areas in Brazil are now used for pasture. It is expected that by 2018, the beef export will increase 93 percent, thereby increasing Brazil’s beef market share of world exports to 61 percent. (see links at bottom page)

the burning of peatlands releases a dangerous haze into the air, resulting in severe health impacts and significant economic losses. Each year, more than 100,000 deaths in Southeast Asia (union of concerned scientists) https://www.ucsusa.org/global-warming/stop-deforestation/drivers-of-deforestation-2016-palm-oil#.W_24Y-hKja8

Palm Oil, The Most Destructive Ingredient On The Market Today

Please research the topic by yourself. The disaster is absolutely staggering as palm oil is literally everywhere on the shelves of our supermarkets. That is just another absolute evidence that monetarism cannot rescue the planet.

What everybody can do immediately is changing her/his diet and choose wholesome foods and home-made deserts with organic butter or coconut oil. Quit buying any processed foods from now on! Learn how to make your own soap and facial cream. Choose peroxide and epsom salt to brush your teeth.

Once we endorse profit seeking, the means no longer matter (moral relativism justifies selfishness) anymore otherwise multinationals would go bankrupt. Shareholders want their investments to prosper and demand profit efficiency. Most of them have no clue about the destruction they help fuel, or just won't care enough. Profit seeking has a blinding effect as the ego remains at the center of the picture at all time.

That is where we are at... and the choice is now ours.

Earth Custodians will refrain from paraphrasing the countless articles available online but rather use them as a example to offer the rational argument that we must change the ways we consume -- and fast now.

We have been had. The system is a total hoax. Many will say that it is because of fiat money but fiat money is the end result of profit seeking itself. Profit seeking taken on the highest level of efficiency because all profits are always generated by debts. One way or another.

Those who really can admit defeat with humility and willing work with Nature will become the Guides populations seriously need during the transition toward a money-free society.

Brazil’s ambition to become a palm oil giant could have devastating social and environmental impacts if the move is not carefully managed, say experts (2017)

..... “We want to compete with Indonesia and Malaysia,” says Antonini, Embrapa’s head of palm oil research, referring to the world’s two dominant producers of the commodity. Between them, Indonesia and Malaysia account for more than 80% of global production................ The amount of land given over to oil palms doubled in Brazil between 2004 and 2010. It is forecast by Abrapalma, the body which represents palm oil producers in Brazil, to double again between now and 2025. Almost half of the land area of Brazil is suitable for growing oil palm, according to researchers, making it the number one country – they say – in terms of suitable land........ https://www.theguardian.com/sustainable-business/2017/jun/29/brazil-palm-oil-amazon-rainforest-deforestation-temer-farming-para-cerrado

Palm Oil | Union of Concerned Scientists ....... The areas being cleared for palm oil are particularly rich in carbon. Indonesian forests store even more carbon per hectare than the Brazilian Amazon thanks to their carbon-rich soil; palm cultivation there was responsible for 2 to 9 percent of worldwide emissions from tropical land use between 2000 and 2010. In Malaysia, the carbon stock of tropical forests can range up to 99 million kilograms of carbon per square mile. That's equivalent to the emissions from driving an average car from New York to San Francisco and back 76 times. ......... https://www.ucsusa.org/global-warming/stop-deforestation/drivers-of-deforestation-2016-palm-oil#.W_0PPehKja9

100,000 Deaths For Palm Oil In Indonesia Every Year

Not true...boy am I shocked.

I am not saying that these farmers burning that stuff isn't criminal, but this was a one time event. It happened one year. One. Not every year. More sensational bullshit.

I adjusted the blog data... but I stick to what I say.

NOT A SINGLE EVENT AS PEATLANDS ARE BURNED EVERY YEAR, HAVE BEEN GOING ON FOR 15 YEARS AT LEAST., AT THAT MAGNITUDE.... its the first time they investigated it, in 2015, and came up with that conclusion... massive fires and haze TAKE PLACE EVERY YEAR.

It is thus ludicrous to believe that only 2015 has to be taken into consideration. I have researched the topic for several weeks

air pollution alone already kills 40,000 in the UK every year... soo all these deaths linked to the palm oil industry is absolutely plausible.

Our system is done... period....
