Hello beautiful people

Welcome to another TribeSteemUp Weekly Curation, where I get to showcase some of the great Articles that the tribe members created this past week and that really embody what the Tribe stands for.

The TribeSteemUp community, was created by @kennyskitchen. It is a Community Abundance Generator which supports authors who write articles that look at ways in which we can become more empowered and create a more peaceful and free world.The authors that were chosen to become part of the TribeSteemUp community are all writing content of high quality, which are based on the following topics:

| Anarchy | Non-Violence | Philosophy | Veganism | Mindfulness |
| Community Empowerment | Love | Original Music | Esotericism |
| Healthy Recipes | Psychedelics | Truth | Permaculture |

The TribeSteemmUp community also has 8 Pillars/Principles that each member has agreed to adhere by and you can find The 8 Pillars of TribeSteemUp at the end of this post

I have 18 articles to share with you all today. articles that are all about inspiring us and motivating us to become more aware in our daily lives. Within this weeks curation, some of the tribe members are calling on us to take the time to liste to ourselves, to learn to depend on our own inner knowing and inner workings of our bodies. This week we also have a fine selection of posts on natural medicine. Posts and podcasts that were created to keep us informed. For me life is all about learning, evolving and being mindful in all that we do. By coming together and engaging with one another we can all share our wisdom and empower one another. We can create the world in which we all wish to live. Happy reading and remember to show your appreciation by upvoting and commenting. You can go one step further by following the TribesteemUp Curation Trail, this way way you are supporting all the great authors who are creating quality content.

Voluntary Exchanges on the Homesteader’s Co-op - Interview with Ben, The Liberty Hippie, of Homesteads and Homeschools

@homesteaderscoop

In January I recorded a podcast interview with Ben of Homesteads and Homeschools and it was just released this week. Ben is also known as @bpangie, The Liberty Hippy, here in steem. I really enjoyed the interview with Ben. He is a good guy and a smart fellow and his podcast is doing a great service. I recommend subscribing to his podcast if you like this interview.
This is the first interview that I've done whose audience is not folks on steem. Although inevitably some of Ben's audience may come from steem, many do not. And so it has been a perfect opportunity for us to get our message about Homesteaders Co-op, as well as steem, to folks that may not have heard of steem yet. I believe this interview makes a good first impression not only of Homesteaders Co-op, but also of steem.

The rise of the Divine Feminine

@wwf

I wrote a ceremony last night for the ladies who are gathering this weekend for the Goddesses Lair Level 1 Heart Retreat. The ceremony is to help them process and move energy through their bodies that gets stirred up as a result of all the work that they will be doing. If that energy is not processed and allowed to move their their bodies, then there is a possibility of them getting sick as a result. I'm familiar with the process as we use the same techniques in a typical martial arts training session. So I'm very familiar with how this process works.
I wrote a similar ceremony for the men in October when we did our first heart retreat. But writing the men's ceremony was fairly straight forward as I was able to connect to the divine masculine energy easily. I can do the same with the divine feminine as a result of the 20+ years of work that I've done, but to fully submerse myself in the divine feminine was challenging

We Learn as We Go II Wicking Bed Teething Problems

@riverflows

I'm at the end of the first growing season with the wicking bed system we put in back in December. I'd say they've been a success, although they have had their teething problems, and there's still much to learn. You can find my instructional posts on how I made them here. Before and after summer below! Honestly, I only watered them once a week and it gets damn hot and dry here!
One thing I realised quite quickly is the quality of soil matters. This is kinda obvious, but I had this idea mushroom compost would be fine. In no way was it - it just didn't compare to the homemade compost, where things grew much better.
In the tomato bed, we had a bit of a problem with the leaves curling. I did some research and couldn't figure out anything that made sense.

Keep working, stop paying #21

@freebornangel

Ok, dear reader, here we are again where I try to convince you that money is not the necessary evil that you have been indoctrinated to believe that it is.
On any given Tuesday the workers of the world can throw off the yoke of the banksters.
All they have to do is keep working, but stop paying.
I know you think that we would overconsume to the point of crashing the system, but that isn't possible unless production comes to a halt, and hopefully, we have enough adult empaths amongst us to rein in the children.
Provided the production continues, the stuff in wallyworld will pale quickly.
The stuff on amazon soon after that.

It's Astro-Logical -- practical advice for conscious living ---> Issue #40

@enchantedspirit

Mercury in Pisces has formed
the departing square with Jupiter in Sagittarius.
The theme of this pattern
Excessive enthusiasm, unworkable expectations,
overblown promises, taking on lots more than you can handle.
Who are the players?
Mercury = the Inner Self who helps you work with information, generate ideas, interpret sensory input -- what your five senses tell you -- and understand what it all means -- or at least what it means to you so you can manage your life.
Jupiter shares many interests with Mercury. Jupiter = abstract thinking, higher learning, sophisticated ideas and concepts, The Big Picture perspective -- and flamboyant self-confidence.

Natural Medicine Curation Collection #32: Purslane, Plantain Black Drawing Salve, Lungwort and lots, lots more!

@naturalmedicine

Last week was a busy week as we all pulled together to support @homesteaderscoop in the @theycallmedan delegation contest. Although we didn't win, we cemented the friendship between HSCO and Natural Medicine. This week I've really noticed some great posts come out from members that are part of both communities, which is just lovely. We're also getting busy with the new challenge - an exploration of plantain, basil or elecampane (or all three!) with a couple of entries coming in already! So it's a busy week again! Yay!

From a slave to a master chapter # 50 - Crossing over, are you ready?

@nomad-magus

A Memoir
You are standing at the gate, at the entrance to the kingdom of love. You are now done with a great portion of the inner work that is the processing of your human personality. It is truly the time to move forward, to the second and fascinating phase on the adventurous journey toward your realization.
Take a look around you. You are standing alone, no one is near you, and even if your spouse accompanied you so far s/he has now let you be alone. They have attained their own keys – or they will sooner or later – and it’s only you now. Stop for a moment. You have gone through a lot. Your path has not been easy at all and you can not know what lies behind that gate.

The Great Riddle of August 11, 2019 - The Next 9/11? (Part 1/2)

@flauwy

The use of Gematria is an essential part of kabbalism and "an alphanumeric code of assigning a numerical value to a Hebrew or English name, word for phrase based on its letters." In the age of the internet, many people have uncovered a lot of the mystery of this practice and see it applied all over history, as well as today in our manipulated sports, news events and celebrity deaths.
There are several ciphers with different esoteric meanings and you can do your own calculations on Gematrinator.com.
People like Zachary Hubbard and Marty Leeds are leading the field of that research on YouTube. Particularly Zachary's book Letters and Numbers has opened my eyes a lot.

Witch Hazel: Can Be Irritated Skin's Best Friend

@goldendawne

I first learned about witch hazel when I was a junior in high school and was a student in a cooperative program for cosmetology (professional training for hair and skin). I had never heard of it before and no idea what it was or what it was used for.
When we were learning about facial massage, facial skin care and eyebrow shaping, witch hazel came into play.
The witch hazel was carefully swabbed across the sensitive skin area to work as the astringent it was known for. It helps prevent bacteria growth and shrink pores. So when a hair was being pulled from the eyebrow area, the witch hazel helped soothe the skin, make the newly exposed hair follicle area close up and prevented any mystery germs or microbes get into the hole penetrating into the skin.

The Inner-net Musings, Quantum Entanglement .. and spacetime

@eco-alex

As some of you know, this year I am focusing on what I call the Innernet. I've deactivated Facebook, and unplugged from the Internet almost completely. I hardly look at the news, and spend most of my time doing my own thing, keeping busy with many maintenance jobs and garden activities. It's been about two months now, and its been an eye opener! Even though I am located on the edge of a mountain in the far reaches of southern India, I am connected to you all and everything on the Innernet.
I have discovered a new world, and I am sill only learning what it is all about. Living more on the inner means many things to me, it is partly about unplugging from the various negative inputs of media and the general zeitgeist of fear. That is a breath of fresh air, but it is also about learning to act upon and influence others and the world from the inner.

Lexicon of spirit animals: lynx

@alexaventuria

The Lynx is a medium-sized cat that is represented by four different species: Eurasian lynx, Iberian lynx, Canada lynx and bobcat. Most salient are the lynx' round head with characteristic black hair tufts on the tips of their high-set ears, fleecy sideburns and padded paws for walking on snow. The lynx' fur is usually spotted or striped, and depending on the species ranging from yellow grey to red with a brightened belly. As a soil dweller that is active during day and twilight, the lynx lives solitarily with great loyalty to its forest and shrubland territory.

Stop Reading and Start Listening

@trucklife-family

In this day and age we are bombarded with information, with books and pamphlets on how to parent better, be a better partner, make a happier home, live a healthier life. It seems everyone has an opinion on how we all should be living our lives.
As a teenager I read magazines that had all these pop quizzes, which where created to let you know if you were being a good friend, a caring and loving girlfriend. Everything was laid out and after doing some of these quizzes, I always came away feeling like I needed to do better. I never got a high score. But hey, that fizzled out for me fairly quickly, I got over magazines and started to just live my life.
But over the years more and more of these magazines are being created and now we are left with people of all ages asking themselves questions that really have no place in their lives. Putting them under huge amounts of pressure to conform to whatever is deemed right and proper. I mean what happen to actually sitting with yourself and figuring out what is best for you, to connecting with your body, your mind and recognizing the signals when things are not going well.

DTube - 5G MUST BE STOPPED! - The Truth About The Global 5G Agenda

@joshsigurdson

Josh Sigurdson talks with author and economic analyst John Sneisen who also specializes in telecom about the global roll-out of 5G technology and why it's incredibly dangerous for health and our wallets.
As many governments attempt to enforce 5G through public so-called services like in Morden, Manitoba Canada, the efficiency is absolutely terrible. In order for the infrastructure to work, 5G hubs would have to be built every 20 or 30 feet down every street. It's not practical in rural communities and can have a serious health impact in cities where the frequency could lead to cancer through the destruction of hormone creation of melatonin among many other issues that have not been completely understood from an "official" level.

"Physical Wellness" - My First Presentation @ Anarchapulco 2019

@kennyskitchen

Last weekend at Anarchapulco, I had the opportunity to be the opening speaker on the Health & Wellness Stage each day. I had 15-minute slots for 4 days, and I decided to take the opportunity to cover the 4 facets of wellness: physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual.

A Post-Scarcity World: Something That Is Starting To Happen But Few Are Aware Of

@taskmaster4450

When was the last time you came across a discussion about a post-scarcity world?
The answer is most likely that you had not heard about it. This is rarely touched upon and the average person has no idea it is taking place. Nevertheless, over the past 20 years it started and is only accelerating.
Before going any further, there is debate what this term "post-scarcity" means. Is it when we achieve the state where nothing is scarce? Or is it the case where most things that are required for daily living are past the stage of scarcity?
Personally, I feel the later is a better representation of what will be taking place.
I often write about the Age of Abundance and this is a world where scarcity is basically eliminated. Since the advent of the Internet, we saw many advancements that pushed us in this direction. Think about what the Internet took over and you will see scarcity was removed.

Have you switched yet?

natural.jpeg

@brutledge

Have you made the switch to all natural yet? It's best to start slow, changing one item at a time or else you'll be super overwhelmed. 🤯
So, one of the switches that must be made is feminine hygiene! Once you switch you'll notice a huge difference in pain and discomfort levels. The toxic chemicals inside disposable feminine products really add to the already somewhat painful experience of being a woman.
For a long time, I used retired prefold diapers from my older boys baby days. They work great around the house, but when going out it's nice to have something a bit more discreet, am I right?

SELF = Sovereign Entrance to Life’s Files

@erikaharris

There are some things that must be learned ALONE.
Not crowd-sourced. Tribe-endorsed. Or group-approved.
Social bondage is just as disabling as any other bondage. Maybe worse.
It is worse, because we do not resist social bondage.
It is seductive, to get us. And bully-ish, to keep us.
Even though we might tire of adult-pretending, we still seem more afraid of just ACTUALLY MEETING OURSELVES.
Because meeting yourself does require at least some intended time without the idea-streams of others raining all in your head.
Social bondage makes you think the wetness is refreshing. Hydrating.
Something other than someone else’s pissed-out idea-waste.
Yes, even this. lol

A big thank you to @hungryhustle for creating the amazing infographic of the 8 Pillars Of TribeSteemUp and For @eco-alex for creating the tribesteemup banner and logo.
