These Master Skills!

I think it's undeniable at this point that there are certain fundamental skills that tend to apply broadly in the path to a successful and happy life.

These skills are wide ranging and they dip their hands in all sorts of cookie jars.

I saw a great tweet earlier by someone who listed 4 of these skills, all are highly valuable in my opinion, no matter what field you're in or what your passions are!

The ability to sell is a sneaky one. I think a lot of people get a negative reaction to hearing the world "sell"... they relate it to some snake oil salesman trying to force a product down your throat.

In reality, selling is far more broad than that. You sell yourself and your ideas whenever you have a conversation, you sell yourself to a potential employer by featuring your skills and characteristics... the list goes on!

Communication is a big one. It's something that I personally have been struggling to improve upon. I think it's highly underrated as a fundamental skill in life. As we get more and more interconnected by technology, our ability to communicate grows ever more important!
