I don't think it's about any Bots... Your Payouts show a lower Value, but I'm pretty sure you're still getting the same amount of SBD's and Steem... It works the same way when the Price of Steem is on the Rise... it's more about how much Steem is added to your Account...

The Payouts Reset automatically at Pay-Out Time...
He tends to do this when the Value of Steem Drops...
