For the past 6 months or so I have become pretty obsessed with Tron, the TronDex and have spent countless hours going through the various tokens and DAPPs being created on the chain.  One of the DAPPs, TronDice is finally paying out its first dividend.

Aside from offering a dice game with the opportunity to use your Tron to win more Tron, Tron Dice offers the opportunity to share in the DAPP's profits for its token holders.  The first payout is tomorrow for those who hold Dice token in their wallet at 10am UTC.  

What is Tron Dice?

Tron Dice is your run of the mill, provably fair dice game built on the Tron BlockChain.  Like any other dice game it's fun to come up with strategies and systems to try and increase your Tron.   

Unlike other Dice games this game give early players a chance to get a piece of the profits from the DAPP through ownership stake in the form of DICE tokens.  Per the Roadmap which can be found on the website, token holders are entitled to 70% of the profits made by the site.  Each holder of DICE tokens will be rewarded with an amount of TRX relative to the amount of DICE tokens held in their TRON wallet.

The best way to play is in the Chrome browser.  If you don't have one already, you'll need to get a TronLink wallet and enable the extension within the browser.  As usual, make sure to save your back-up phrase and key in a couple of safe places.  The Tron Dice website has a link to the wallet and instructions on how to set this up if you need.  

Two ways to get DICE Token:

The first is by mining the token through playing at website.  At of today, the mining rate is 25 DICE tokens per 100 TRX wagered.  

The second way to acquire DICE token is to simply buy it with your existing Tron on the Tron Dex. DICE trades on the Tron Dex for roughly .09 TRX currently.  

When you visit the Tron Dex just make a wallet on the DEX and you can transfer tokens to and from other TRON wallets from there.  Write down your back-up phrase and save your private key somewhere safe (preferably more than one safe place)!

Have Fun With It

About a month ago I put 175 TRX in my TronLink wallet and started playing the various games on the Tron chain just to see what I could do.  It's been fun.  Between trading on the Dex and playing the games I have been able to turn the 175 TRX into 540TRX.  Not that it's the biggest dollar increase or anything but it is a good percentage return.  Mostly though it's just fun.  That 175 is also a small amount of the Tron I hold.  In other words, I wouldn't recommend gambling everything away.  Just check it out and see if you can accumulate some more assets.  The way I see it, anything that earns you money while you sleep is worth a look.
