It's an interesting situation for me. I only recently learnt that in African countries many different languages are spoken, but you will have one language which all speak across the country. Is the main language for you English and is this the language most of the teaching at college is in?

My daughter is currently at university (college) and there are a low amount of local students with many coming in from around the world and across the country. Naturally they will only use English for teaching, because the only local language is English. Unfortunately, it means that foreign speakers have no choice, but to know English, however, they can't completely exclude them by then explaining something in another language.
