INKSCAPE FROM PHOTO TO NO BACKGROUND TO BITMAP IMAGE

Using Inkscape we remove the background on a Photo so we can make a Bitmap Image that looks like a Charcoal Drawing of the subject.
Subject is Tim Pool from the Subverse Newsroom.
