I love how much humor you packed into this short story! The perspective of an older millennial looking back on being a millennial is great. I look forward to reading more of your work.
Thanks! I am very happy you like it. The Millennial part was just that last little touch I felt the urge to throw in there to call back to today's society. And a nod to sort of say perhaps they will all "inherit the Earth" as it were, and become the elders of society.
That's kind of a terrifying idea... but all generations eventually grow up. I think millennials were thrust into a time of such drastic change that it was inevitable for them to be labeled in the way they are. The older generations are slow to embrace changes.
