Aliens and UFO's - Only in America?

I have been watching a few programs on TV with aliens and UFO's as theme. I am wondering why mostly Americans and South Americans are experiencing these sightings. Here in South Africa we rarely see or hear of people seeing UFO's. Is it perhaps because of Hollywood that it is so common there?
I am just wondering...
The same applies to haunting and haunted houses. In America there are so many that they make movies and TV series about them.
Are we just do stupid to know what we see?

    You are exactly right @janoed beacause i also never saw any UFO or allien in Pakistan and also no one else said anything about.Is there anyone on steemit who really saw UFO or allien in real life.
