A little drunk and a little sad

The title of this entry was actually a friends Facebook post; but seems like a pretty valid title to this chapter of my life.

My how things change, and yet stay the same.

I know the actions we chose, decide our lives... but does one false move put our lives into a whole different motion of life?
Can a decision of who to be with that happened 1+ years ago, have set you down a self destructing path? Or is this still remnants of both that and my life changing event?

There’s a reason I’m still being vague about that life event.
