They certainly can be @eroche. The only time I've been on one was at a Barcamp in the Google building in London. That was in the days when they were a brand new thing. Google ahead of the curve again. 😁
I don't know when the cost will be announced. I am hoping we get a generous deal but it was at least a few hundred Euro last year. Flights are cheap to poland though.
