I read yesterday that Ukraine's chief military prosecutor is calling for international courts to investigate Russia's support for terrorism in Donetsk and Lugansk. Surely, any government that allows its armed forces to fire indiscriminately into civilian settlements on its own territory is worthy of investigation by the International Criminal Court?
Is this not case of the pot calling the kettle black!
