Tomorrow around 1 pm or so we will have a vote on a standalone Ukraine aid bill in the House.

The White House supports it. There are four amendments to it that will be voted on tomorrow as well. They are mostly not serious amendments and should fail (save for maybe the one that prohibits Ukraine economic aid use for Ukrainian pensions and government salaries).

Remember this just needs a simple majority. No Israel aid attached to it, so most if not all Dems should be onboard hopefully.

The Senate is postponing their recess in anticipation of voting on the bill this weekend.

I think we can start being cautiously optimistic that Ukraine aid is going to pass soon.
