ULOG: #08(11 August 2018)How To Make Mango Pickles
Last night i visited my elder sister in her house and it was timely she was about to start to make homemade mango pickles. So while chatting with her i was watching how she prepares from the start. In the family everyone loves pickles out of mango.
Here is my sister homemade mango pickles recipe:
Wash thoroughly, peel and cut into medium slices.
Put in a pan and bring into boil in low heat and add little water. Amount of water depends on the volume of mango.
Add spices, like red chili powder, a teaspoon of Anees seeds and coriander powder. Mix till it dries.
Add turmeric powder, salt and cooking oil about 50 ml. And mix them well.
Refrigerate & its best ready to eat after 3 days.
