Don't give up on your dreams. If you find out your true passion in cooking, live with it, learn with it and finally, earn with it. Eventually, I believe that you will be successful if you use your talent at the right thing you'd love. I too joined the industry with many hopes and expectation, later on to realize that I can go beyond what I was doing, so I tooke the leap.
