#ulog Day 30: The Start of the Fathers's Day Preparation :)

Our fathers have a very big part in our lives. Though there may be times that we notice our moms more than our fathers but, they actually have an equal part in our lives.

I am a daddy's girl, i can say. Because I am more close to my dad rather than my mom. I can open up to my dad more. Even those first days of me having period, i still go to my dad to ask money to buy napkin. Haha :D

Oh well, anyways, enough of my story telling. :D

Few days more to go and it will be Fathers'Day!!! :) We are really wanting this celebration to be so grand and beautiful that every dad will really be surprised. And we want that on that day, all dad will have their smiles reach their ears and also, tears will fall from their eyes because of the happiness they will feel. That is why as early as now, we are starting to prepare the things we will be needing. And we will make sure that this time, we won't be late. Haha :D Because last time during the mothers'day celebration, we are a week late. Lol :D

So, this is what we made earlier :)

We just made one sample of it because we aren't done yet. Haha. :D But this is how it will be like. But, we will still be putting something on the handle part. We will put a little tag that have a message on it. :)

We just cut the HAPPY FATHERS' DAY banner first.

And then we pasted it in the coffee stirrer like this..

WHY WE CHOSE MUG?

Well, there is also a reason behind why. Because for us, it means that we, the children are like the water and our fathers are the mug. A water is formless until you put it in a solid container. So, if you put the water in a mug, it will then have a form. Just like tha fathers, they play a big role in molding us who we are right now. :) :)

We will still be continuing this in the next days. :) It is actually kind'a hard for the Fathers'Day decorations since we won't make it that colorful. We need to make it more musculine-ey :D
