I made my usual walk to the waterfront today and while there I realized I had made a goal of walking 30,000 steps one day this week (yes, I have actifit app on my phone) so as it is Wednesday and starts with a W I figured today was the day.

So I walked all along the seaside boulevard and walked a new 4 lane street that is just finished and walked all the way to the casino, I always go there even though I am currently out of cash so I don't play. Well I came back home and had clocked a little over 15k steps, I figured on resting half an hour and continue walking but then it started raining so I couldn't continue with my walking until it was three thirty.

Well I went back on the new street and also went to the beach where I took these pictures, then I again walked on the new street but it was getting late and I was only at 27k, luckily I was close to Walmart, which is quite large, so I went in and started walking up and down the aisles until I was almost at 30K then I went home and was able to get the 30k and I stopped.

I think 30k is my limit, I don't think I could put in much more steps than that and my feet and lower legs are really hurting me right now. I don't know how some people can do 50 or 100k, of course I guess they don't have to deal with the tropical sun I walk under, but even then the afternoon was cool because of the rain that fell, maybe I need to make thirty k every day to then improve my personal record but since I am not in this as a competition I think in reality I will just keep to walking between 10-15k a day.
