Like a history book

After reading my great/sweet Steemit friend's new blog: Setting up my first ever EOS account/wallet: Discovering EOS Lynx, I also tried to set up my own EOS account/wallet.

Pitifully I have downloaded my Google Play App repeatedly, even if with the help of VPN, it didn't work. Just as you know, without Google Play, I have no way to download any App from most of foreign websites or Non-Chinese websites.

Thanks to the bloody Chinese internet blockade policy!

Below is the chatting record between us on Wechat(a Chinese chatting tool similar to Skype).

I have read your wonderful Trybe blog about EOS wallet. It seems that we should pay money to create an EOS account. A Chinese told me that I should pay the fee of 1 EOS in order to create my own EOS account. I notice you mentioned to pay some fees, too.

And I find I can get an EOS address from a Chinese digitalcurrency Exchange platform, but I am reminded that I must add a fixed memo, if the sender doesn't fill in this memo, I can't receive any EOS. You can see the picture above with my EOS memo.

Do you have memo in your EOS wallet? I Still have no way to download Google Play, maybe later I can know how to do. I doubt if I can get airdrop from Trybe with this EOS address, since it is not from my private EOS wallet.

Memo will be filled in by the EOS sender. I don't know where to find the memo yet on EOSLynx. I just found out EOS Lynx app allows us to create an EOS account, a friend in Trybe who introduced EOS Lynx told me that we need to sync or connect it to a Nova wallet. We can't use Exchange wallets to receive airdrops. It should be a private wallet.

I'm still doing my research how we get the rewards and airdrops in Trybe. I will inform you once I figure this out. [微笑]

Friend:

It's an EOS private wallet. But you need to have an existing EOS account first before you can use the Nova wallet. I haven't downloaded it yet, I have to try this out first. Will see how this wallet works.

Then I can't help sharing my story/experience to my young Steemit friend... Somehow I feel a little funny, it seems that I am becoming a live history book. Maybe it is only me who know how the new technology can affect our life dramastically, at least all my life was changed by the internet technology...

I told her that I am advertising this Trybe on the website/platform Adclickxpress. Just guess how many years has Adclickxpress lasted?

Yeah, I got to know this platform about 9 years ago. Oh, God, what was the world like 9 years ago? Internet was just such a rarity, especially in the small and remote place where I live. I got a job related to the computer, so I had access to the internet earlier. If I remember it correctly, precisely speaking, I heard about it in 2009 at first.
(It is said that the first Bitcoin was born in 2009, too.) At that time its name was called as Justbeenpaid, an American lady taught me to register it, and she told me it could help us earn money by buying ad pack and clicking ads online every day. She even took the initiative to pay 10 dollar for me to get my 1st ad pack.

Pitifully it is also due to bloody Chinese internet blockade policy, soon after I failed to open its ad window and click ads. Nobody told me how we Chinese could open the blocked websites such as Facebook, Youtube, etc. with VPN. Another reason is we also have no way to transfer money online to the Chinese bank. (Even now it is still a huge trouble. )

But she told me that Justbeenpaid was trustworthy and it paid well all along, she even set up the accounts for her son and daughter.

She was a warmhearted American lady, she loved to help people. I introduced an Indian webfriend to her, she also paid 10 dollar for him to help run his ad pack.

That Indian friend continued to click ads every day until Justbeenpaid was sold. After being sold, Justbeenpaid just became Profit clicking and then the present Adclickxpress with its different new bosses in different times.

As time moved on, I gradually forgot it since I couldn't open its ad page and click ads. What's more, it is said that its bonus system constantly changed, if people stop buying the new ad packs, the old ad packs would be suspended. It means you should keep on investing money in order to use your new ad packs to activate your old ad packs.

My Indian webfriend and I both felt that it was no other than a scam.

(I don't know if our common sponsor-- that American lady was involved in it until she died. However, I guess she must realize its special value more than anyone else. Why can I say so? It is because that I attended the PMI/Mavrodi Ideology training courses from Teacher Li who is just a financial specialist good at English. After all, America is the No.1 country in the world where people are good at finance. Of course, there are a lot of Ponzi schemes, too.)

Later I finally married my American husband who I had waited for the whole 5 years(across the period of 6 years) online in 2014. (God knows without the internet technology, people like us couldn't meet each other at all this life! I am from a poor and low-down countryside Chinese family.) Who knows 1 year after he came to China, he just passed away suddenly? Like a bolt from the blue falling to me, I was nearly dead.

Thus, about 1 year later, someday my Indian webfriend with whom I lost contact long time ago left me a message in Skype: Our American sponsor has passed recently.

Such a shocking news! I never thought our American sponsor also died in such a young age. Oh, God, in my mind, they are both my American teachers! My American husband was my dearest English teacher; Our American sponsor once taught us to try different programmes online and paid us money to help our Ad pack work(although we didn't earn money) charitably.

Being seized by a whim, I began to check if that Ad website still existed. Thank Godness, it was still alive, its page design was also the same as before. But I have forgotten my previous account, I just re-registered a new account without knowing who would be my new sponsor/referrer. But my heart is singing! I still feel so excited! It is unexpectedly alive! alive! alive! It is really a very long time for a platform/programme online to live for 9 years! If so, it is not a Ponzi scam, OK?
