Ulog #88: De-stress From Distress

We do get stressed from what's happening either in our lives or the environment. As much as you want to de-stress, it is not as easy as you think it is.

There are a lot of ways to de-stress which includes unwinding. Go to the cinema, and watch a movie, that would be good. Watch a concert! But I bet watching the relaxing one is better.

Go for a swimming or visiting tourist spots! It is physically tiring, but it's good for the heart. Have some massage! That would be very relaxing along with therapeutic oils.

You can even eat out with friends amd family! Such a bonding will not only keep your relationships intact but it will also be pleasant to your tummy.

If you prefer to stay at home, grab some foods available. Craving for sweets? Try have some pastries like what you see below!

There are lots of ways to de-stress from distree as long as you want to feel at ease.
