**I'm here today with one of my favorite dish.. It's sauteed dried fish in tomatoes. It's a very appetizing dish. And I guess almost all Filipinos likes dried fish especially with this recipe. Dried fish is a very common viand here in the Philippines and we have it fried or any way we like it. We may put it in stewed vegetables or "law-uy". For some videos also seen it being mixed as an flavor on some pasta but I haven't tried it yet. Although this is a good food to eat, it is stilll adviced to eat it in moderation because of the excessive sodium content of this food. Dried fish is not simply dried but rather preserved in salt. Salt helped it lengthen its shelf life. So whilst it is composed of an extra salt, it isn't good to consume more than what is needed. **
