It's dinner time!!

** I'm so excited to start my dinner tonight because I have here another sumptuous dish. It's Blue Marlin Paksiw. With the fish itself, it's enticing already! **

What is "paksiw" anyway?

** It is actually a dish cooked with soy sauce and some other condiments like garlic, onions, ginger amd pepper. It is also like the famous adobo but the difference is it is not sauteed. We just need to mix all the ingredients and simmer. Then voila! We now have another delicious menu to share with family and friends! **

Marlin is one among the expensive fishes here in our city.Its price range from $8-10 per kilo from the fishport. And even more expensive when served on any resto! And take note this is not the class "A" fishes. The premium fish were usually exported abroad by large fishing ventures here in our place. But luckily we can have some scrap out of this fish because my husband also works in a fishing company. It is a great advantage that he works there because we can eat different kinds of fishes may it be cheap or even the expensive ones and I really thanked God for such blessings!
