Dear #ulog,

Today, we are celebrating Independence Day. We are commemorating the independence of the Philippines from Spain. We've been fighting our right as a Filipino to be free from slavery during the Spaniards and this was led by our National Hero, Andres Bonifacio. Please see the whole story on this LINK

As I was searching for some details about Philippine Independence Day, I noticed that people really find their way to criticize the people who fight for their lives just to have the freedom that we deserve. Our ancestors have been slave and never had the chance to express themselves with freedom.

Why does people doesn't have satisfaction in their lives? Every person who have fought their lives for freedom in this country always have criticisms. Why can't we just do our part in making our country free from all the other governments who are too greedy to own our land?

It seems like I am beginning to blow my mind out of anger.

Anywaysssssss....

Our Senior Construction Project Engineer printed out a Philippine Flag in an A3 paper to post outside our office.

I was just too proud having been surrounded by people who are also proud of being a Filipino.
