Last week I biked to a favorite local diner to meet my sister for dinner. It's rare that I eat beef and when I do I'm particular about the quality and sourcing. This restaurant prepares their burgers with grass fed beef from a local farmer and surrounds it with fresh ingredients from gardens on their property or nearby growers.
