ULOG: #1 for Week 10 - Discord Talk With @surpassinggogle
Last night's discord talk was about rewards and what is rewarded on steemit. Even though I was so tired and sleepy, I waited for the talk to start. This time I did not say anything. I just listened and tried to take notes and just chatted.. It was a continuation of the past talks. Which is good so we can slowly understand the full meaning. This is also my 1st #ulog for the 10th week.
He talked about the meaning of rewards and the values. Just because your post did not get a lot of upvotes does not mean it is not important or has value. Even some posts that are 2000-6000 words does not guarantee a high upvote.
He said some came to join because they already know of friends that are influential hoping they would also be recognized.Some come for the rewards then stay for the community. Sometimes the rewards is not in the content but the value of your post.
Some people have sleepless night about their posts and the rewards. You should not think of the numbers bit also on how you can share to others to make them be inspired.
It takes a while before some get noticed but it does not mean your post are of no value. Every post is priceless. Each has its own timeless value.
I guess I was falling asleep on and off. I also found out that TIL means "today I learned."
@surpassinggogle always says that he is not prepared or unorganized but once he starts to talk things comes to place. I think it is better because we can talk what comes to mind or it is also more fun.
Near the end they started singing. As much as I would love to stay longer, my mind was tired. But I was able to hear a few sing. As usual there was @maverickinvictus @sn0white @pantum004 @mermaidvampire and more like @autofreak. @atongis @ dwightjadden and a lot more.
Something we all look forward to every week-end. A time to learn, share and enjoy during the after show.

Wish that I would have stayed longer... Though I can't do otherwise since my babies were calling my attention already.
I was so glad I didn’t miss out in all the fun even though I came in late . My first time on the show and i didn’t regret it 🤗
