As a new employee was not easy because you need to be trained on how to handle things in the company.
You make sure if it was right thing to do. Being a POD staff is quite hard, you need to follow up all the branches if the POD documents was already delivered or not. You need to convince the in charge in POD from other branches just to send the POD document.
I will do my best for the company.
