ULOG: 39 Empanada
I got a couple of free or idle hours early this afternoon. I had been thinking of ways to fill this lazy afternoon. I thought it is a perfect moment to try one of the cooking videos I watched online.
On this photo I took you will see I am using a square pan intended for a Japanese omelette since I didn't have a deep fryer I think this will do. What a better way to use utensils that I don't really use here in my kitchen.
After a few minutes my empanadas are done. I felt happy after seeing them take and hold their shape. I got worried that my technique may not work but I'm glad the folds around the edges are just fine. The filling is a mix of chicken meat, potato , raisins and carrots. Hope you like my post.
