If you (or you mom) have trouble unwinding and turning off your brain at the end of the day, you’re gonna want to check out a weighted blanket. We’ve seen a lot of deals on 15 pound blankets lately, but today, Buzio’s 20 pounder is down to an all-time low $131 with promo code IVLYJE7V. Just trust us on this one.

11 Weighted Blankets That Won't Weigh Down Your Wallet
If you’re a troubled sleeper, you’ve probably heard of the newest insomnia-fighting trend: weighted blankets. Weighted blankets are just what they sound like ― blankets that are heavier than your average bedding. But, how exactly does a 25-pound blanket help you sleep better? Most weighted blankets have pellets sewn into pockets of the lining to give them their bulk, usually between 10 and 25 pounds. The blanket’s pressure is evenly distributed across your body, which some research suggests can provide anxiety and stress relief for those with sleep problems.

@sequentialvibe My friend bought one, cost him €600-700. Don’t know the name. But they had a return policy. No cure, no pay. He tried it and it didn’t work for him at all. Some people swear by it though. I can kind of see the logic behind the product. People with autism and developmental disabilities sometimes play in ball pits with lights. Seems to relax them. They call it snoezelen in my country, the ball pit is a controlled multisensory environment. Reduces in stress, aggression and self-injury are reported. I think it’s wise to find a company that stands behind the blanket with the return policy. You can buy a fair bit of Steem for that money.
