ULOG No. 49 I Accidentally Fell From the Stairs This Morning

I was all prepared and about to go to work this morning when I accidentally fell in the stairs 7 steps high. I was wearing rain boots because it’s been raining all night and our streets were slightly flooded. The heel of my right boot got tripped in the stair stopper and that caused the mishap. I was blacked out for a second and my heart beats too fast. I stood up but I sit back for a moment to breathe, while my hands were trembling. I got really nervous. I was fortunate because I didn’t hit my head. After I felt a bit relaxed, I went to the kitchen to get a glass of water. My hands were still unsteady that time.
After gathering myself, I went straight to work, but I feel uneasy while walking. My buttocks got bruised and it really hurts. I’ve tried massaging it gently but it seems like it will get worse tomorrow. What I’m worrying about is if I suffered a fracture, I’m hoping not though.
