#ulog 24: HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR BELOVED SECOND FATHER KUYA BERNABS | Kuya as the celebrity, we are his fans!

Hello, my fellow @steemians. How are you today? I just want to share our Kuya as a Celebrity, We are his fans who contributed to many things in our life.

When I was the first-year college, I met this man 22 years ago our very own Kuya Bernabe also considered as the second father of many. During that time I sat in of the kiosk near the chapel. And he said something that changes my whole life through in which it helps me to become more closer to God.

He helps a lot of students most especially to those who cannot afford in sending to school. I am one of the beneficiaries of his kindness and good heart which opens up many doors of opportunity. The word "Thank you" is not enough to express to him. He had a lot of working scholars who are now successful in their field.

He had no biological sons and daughter because he only adopted two to be part of his #happy family but God gives him more than what he expected. He was the lucky 7 of 13 siblings which heart is bigger in helping other people.

He is considered as the second father for all of us because whenever we are happy, sad, and in trouble, he is always there for all us.

He is loved by everybody since he considered us part of his life and family. Her wife understands him that he had a lot of obligation not only to his work but also to his children (anak-anakan) in the ministry of God. We are very blessed that there are many good real-life lessons he taught us for the past 22 years of knowing him.

We may be far from him after our graduation but he had always a place in our hearts. We may work our different journey in life but we always find time to call or even visit him in his office. He is the Kuya yesterday, today and forever because of his overflowing love for all of us.

Last night we surprised him on behalf of the University of the Visayas Campus Ministry Alumni and Family. A simple celebration that happens to be in the First Friday Vigil for the Month of June.

Happy birthday Kuya Bernabe!

More working scholars to achieve their goals;
More happiness;
Long life to come as it was his second life due to the accidents happened last year;
More opportunity to God's people and to the needy brothers and sister in the community;

He is a busy man who always finds time to all of us because he is Head of the Archdiocesan Ministry of Region 7. A father, a husband, and a true servant of God who always thinks for the benefit of others.

Dear Lord, thank you very much for the new life of our Kuya, may you continue to shower your utmost unconditional love for him in order to serve you faithfully. Amen
