Your aloe vera plants look amazing anh oi! I didn't know they would survive the winter that well. This post makes me want to start doing some gardening after my hike!

Winter in my area of Australia is rather mild, it does not freeze so it seems not too bad for the Aloe plants. And Aloe is nice eating too especially with our Vietnamese desserts: chè đậu xanh for example.
