I try my very best to change up the food I cook every day. It’s really challenging & most of the time I ran out of ideas.

Yesterday when I went to Walmart and I saw a box of Lasagna ready mix —so I was thinking why not I give it try. I bought 4 boxes & it only costs me a $1 for each box.

As a mom, I have plenty of things to do. I want things fast and easy if I can. Making the traditional way of Lasagna isn’t something done fast. More than likely it takes 30-1hr cooking time.

I highly recommend this “Lasagna ready mix”, so easy to cook and so delicious! My kids loves it.

Here’s the recipe for my
1$ Lasagna ready mix :

• minced garlic & onions
• added 1lb of ground beef
• 1 box of Lasagna ready mix
• 3 cups of hot water
• 1/2 cup of milk
• seasonings (salt and pepper)

To cook:

• saute garlic and onions until brown
• add the ground beef, cook for 6mins
• add 3 cups of hot water, the lasgana ready mix and 1/2 cup of milk
• let it boil and now add the pasta
• reduce heat and keep stirring until the pasta is cook
• cook time is 12mins then you’re done

It’s so cheesy! We love it!
Sometimes it’s not so bad to try new things. Change things up a little. Maybe this will work for your family! Goodluck!
