#ulog 19: Road Trip on a Rainy Day

I woke up rather late on a Sunday. At 7am, I am still in bed, when at 8am we should already be at the Kingdom Hall. I blame the rainy weather - bed-weather kinda day.

Fighting the urge to remain sleeping, I was glad that hubby cooked our breakfast already. Some oatmeal and noodles and not to forget coffee.

In between all those, @islaw's Discord is on the background. Lovely kulitan i hear and it made the gloomy mood alive.

After our Bible study, we were off to an unplanned roadtrip.

Fuel up!

Needed to fuel up. It is a little disappointing to learn that a thousand pesos of unleaded gasoline is not enough to have a full tank, only a little more than half. The prices just gets higher and higher.

Unexpected side trip

We passed by a poultry and we heard somewhere that the eggs sold costs lower.

Just in time, school will be two weeks from now. Eggs for breakfast and my little one is a happy child. Lol.

Slippery when wet

On with the trip and we passed by this road accident. The car was driving fast and it slipped.

Glad to hear that no one got hurt.
It is really important to get by the rules, no driving fast when the road is wet.

It was a warning we needed to heed.
