ULog Series #018: Fully supporting my bestfriend
Recently my bestfriend was announced as a ministerial servant.
The whole squad was super happy and was excited for him. He is a suoer awesome dude so he freaking deserved it.
A few weeks earlier he was given a part, it was a talk but it'll be a simposium because its gonna be his very first talk, he'll only be doing the first 15 mins.
I offered a few times to help him fix his talk but he kept refusing and said it's all good and it'll be a surprise, so I'm like fine fine fine.
Then the day finally arrived for his talk, sadly his whole family had other stuff going on so he was all alone to attend the meeting for his part..
Good thing is me and the squad planned to go attend to support him through it👌
**Although not everyone in the squad came because of a sudden outing :/ **
Out of 14 people from the squad only 5 of us came, but its all good👌
He was super nervous at first as we hear his voice breaks and his heavy breathing, but as time went on he became better and better in his delivery which was super cool, after his talk, he sat in front because GE was too shy to look around 😂
After the meeting
Everyone came by to congratulate him for his talk and thank him for it, we all waited after the crowd subsided😂 and went on to congratulate him as well, then we all planned to go eat after cleaning the kh.
We went to eat a our favorite pigar pigar place, sorry but I forgot to take a picture of the food because we were busy talking and eating (my obvious weakness😂). We stayed there for 2 hours simply because when the gang is together it's always fun time.
Before we all left, rj said some really dramatic words 😂
he was like, thank you guys, even though my family wasn't able to come, you guys came along, you guys truly are my second family and you mean alot to me.
We were all emotional and then I went on to break the drama with some jokes😂
Because it was late, we all had to go home and that's where this ulog ends
