UNKNOWN ERROR

I keep getting an "UNKNOWN ERROR" message every time I click SUBMIT on my Dtube channel. Why can't I seem to get anything working here on steemit/dtube/dlive ?
I upload and edit just fine on youtube so I know how to do this but for whatever reason UNKNOWN ERROR. If anyone knows what's going on and how I can fix this I would greatly appreciate it.
