What are we doing

We are building an information website introducing and recommending different DAPP (decentralizes APP). The purpose of the website is to let people understand how to use a new DAPPs in short time by the guidelines provided.

We wish to gather DAPP lovers and build a community about DAPP discussion together.

We also wish to merge all DAPP together by blockchain cross-chain technology and provide a better communication between DAPPs.

Procedure

1. Primary Stage – Centralized portal site (Q1-Q4, 2018)
   In the initial stage, our goal is to build centralized information site for DAPPs and share all information about DAPPs quickly.

Currently, our first version of the website dapp.wang is already online.

The current website is still a basic one and the information provided is still limited. We are actively recruiting editors to enrich the contents.

There are already numbers of outstanding writers from different blockchain content platforms willing to join, including the “BU Union”, one of the biggest union of China’s blockchain content platforms.

The primary stage of the website is a centralized operation model, providing information about DAPPs in a traditional way.

1. Advanced stage – token based semi-decentralized site (Q1-Q4, 2019)

When the number of users in dapp.wang reaches a certain amount, we will implement the next step of website upgrade with token issued.

We will create our own token – DAB, based on SMTs, a steem based blockchain system.

At the same time, the website will gradually undergo the process of decentralization. The power and access of the websites will be decentralized to the community step by step:

1.  Open the access of content submission to the public: everyone can submit their contents to DAPP and received DAB as a reward. At this stage, the verification of contents is still centralized.
   

2.  Build up a verification team to review submissions. DAB will be rewarded to team members.
   

3.  Build a committee which has full authority to all matters of the DAPP, including submission, rewards and rewards of contents, etc.. The committee members will be voted by all DAB holders. The founding team of DAPP will gradually leave the committee.
   

Under the stage, we will corporate with Primas, a content platform, to access the DTCP protocol and help track and ensure the copyright of all articles on dapp.wang. The data will be stored using the IPFS technology and the core data will be written into the steem blockchain. The tokenization of the website will be completed.

1. Final stage – blockchaining (Q1-Q4, 2020)

As our community gradually achieves decentralization and community autonomy, we will implement the final plan – blockchaining.

We will build up Dream, our own DAPP using the blockchain cross-chain technology. With the DAPP, we can actively or passively access or be accessed to all DAPPs on the market.

When the plan is implemented, we only need to install Dream to operation all DAPP applications on the market.

Dream is not simply a display of other DAPPs. It is a tool to promote the communication between different DAPP information.

For example, it’s just like you are replying to a message of Whatsapp or Telegram using Wechat. The process is natural without any gaps.

By combining the information of dapp.wang, we can provide help to users of Dream more easily, which is just like a caring customer service.

In the end, we wish that all DAPPs can be organically integrated through Dream.

Our Team

@jubi - early cultivator of steemit, discoverer of DAPPS. With a keen market sense, he is good at discovering new DAPPS and projects. He is also one of the founders of dapp.wang and has many years of experience in the blockchain project market.

@dapeng - early cultivator of Steemit, a Chinese staying in Germany. He is an expert in programming, especially in R language. He had built up a number of information website about steemit like steemg.org. dapeng is the author of 《学 R：零基础学习 R 语言》(learn R with zero knowledge). He is currently the technical director of dapp.wang

@maiyude blockchain cross-border designer specializing in UI and graphic designs with 7 years’ experience of visual design. He took part in multiple projects of visual design in the Steemit community.

@jianan blockchain writer of multiple content platforms. He is active in Steemit, Bihu, Primas, etc. Jianan is currently the website editor of dapp.wang responsible in the screening of contents submission.

We are now actively inviting Chinese witnesses like @justyy and @bobdos to join our project, and provide us with technical support.

Why do we need your help?

Dapp.wang is now under the primary stage and need a lot of manpower and resources to operate.

If we want to reach our advanced and even the final stage, we need more funds to recruit technicians and community volunteers.

We are not willing to raise funds by just blindly issuing tokens. We wish to complete our targets step-by-step to finalized the blockchaining and build up a funny and energetic community.
