Parks and public spaces are the hotspots that forge our neighborhoods and cities together. There's an attention economy here that Steem has the potential to completely revolutionize. If a whale can delegate support to a project across the globe... then a "Central Park" could certainly delegate to a "Von King Park" to repair benches and plant gardens...
