Can partiko blogging give more than using it points value after posting on the site?

When click on " use amount ", a message a message appeared under headline: Use your partiko points. Say (300 points)
At current rate, you are going to get a $0.013 upvote from Partiko. The actual value of the upvote is decided at the moment you publish the post.
my question is after achieving this $0.013, what if i get 1000 upvotes, 1000 comments, can't it grow more than $0.013 ?
Because after my curative following and commenting is still that same value!
