Breathly: An advanced application to exercise your lungs and improve your health

I use to think that it's only the physical features of our body like the back, glutes, arms, chest, thighs, and hips that could be exercised. If not for Mmazzarolo, I never would have known that our lungs require exercise. The lungs are a very vital part of the human's body. Without proper breathing exercise, the whole body suffers.

Many people are suffering from lungs disease, but what if I tell you that you can now train your lung in order to avoid unnecessary lungs disorder.

What is Breathly?

What is Breathly?

Breathly is a decentralized mobile application that aims at providing users with a means to improve their health by exercising their lungs for proper breathing. I have used the Breathly mobile application since last year, and it has been amazing. The Breathly mobile application was developed by Mmazzarolo, and it is available on iOS platform, and Android platforms. The Breathly mobile application is unique in so many ways. It has five different templates for the five training routines. Each of these routines has its own unique theme color.

How to get started with the Breathly mobile application

Download and install the Breathly mobile application for iOS platform and Android platforms. You'll be welcome with its splash screen which displays its logo. There's a play button at the bottom of the Breathly mobile application which plays the preset training routine when clicked. At the top-right corner within the Breathly mobile application, there are two features. One displays the training routine in use, while the other displays the settings option. The routines on the Breathly mobile application is accessible through the feature which displays the routine in use, while the settings feature is used in adjusting the application.

Training routine templates

  • Awake training routine,
  • Deep calm training routine,

Awake training routine:

The awake training routine is very useful. It is my favorite among other training routines. Each training routines has its own theme and code. The code for the awake training routine is 6-0-2-0, and the theme color is red. The reason why I love this particular training routine is that it allows me to take in oxygen and release carbon dioxide at a fast pass. The developers did a good job while developing this routine. The awake training routine is the one I use every morning immediately I wake up. The developers engineered it in a way that I breathe in oxygen for 6 seconds and exhale carbon dioxide within two seconds. Using this particular routine has helped me a lot. Before now, it was difficult to breathe comfortably especially at night, but with the help of the Breathly mobile application, my breathing has improved.

Deep Calm training routine:

The deep calm training is an amazing routine implemented on the Breathly mobile application. According to the developer, users are required to perform this routine at least twice a day. I use this routine a lot regardless of the advice given by the developer because it is a routine that works more on my nervous system. The training code for the deep calm training routine is 4-7-8-0, and its theme color is purple.

Pranayama training routine:

The pranayama training routine is assigned to the code 7-4-8-4, and its theme color is green. According to the developer’s note within the Pranayama training routine interface, he said that the pranayama training routine is more like the formal breathing technique used by everyone. He went further to say that it is the source of our prana. Using this training routine for the first time, I was required to hold my breath for 6 seconds and exhale for 4 seconds.

Square training routine:

The code for the square training routine is 4-4-4-4, and the theme color is blue. The square training routine is very simple. While using it, I was required to inhale and exhale at the rate of four seconds each. Holding my breath for four seconds was easy to accomplish. Normally, I last more than a minute while swimming underneath a swimming pool.

Ujjayi training routine

The ujjayi training routine is a routine used when the mind and body require maximum calmness. The code for it is 7-0-7-0, and its theme color is orange. I have used this routine countless time because I'm more intrigued by the amount of time needed to inhale and exhale.

The Breathly mobile application is an awesome platform designed to help users in improving their health through lungs training. The human lung is vital and should be trained. Using the Breathly mobile application will grant you access to five training routines. I have used it since last year, and it has been amazing so far. The developers deserve a huge plus for the good job done.

Thank you for your contribution. Breathly is indeed an excellent app, and I appreciate that you wrote about it. However, the post had issues.

On the introduction section, you described Breathly as a decentralized application. If I may ask, what makes it a decentralized app? Which power does the PO delegate for people to decide? Also, we inhale oxygen and other gasses and exhale carbon dioxide with other gasses, but I don’t know why you said you exhale carbohydrates.

Furthermore, the content of the post does not hold a reasonable volume of your thoughts and experiences. Most of the information is about features and uses. Also, there were proofreading issues throughout. I’d recommend a thorough check of your future contributions.
