I was able to reproduce it using same version of browser and extension as you.

I liked how you confirmed it is still an issue when a new version came out.
I didn't quite like how much time the video demonstration was. Thankfully it was a video so I could skip, but I highly suggest you learn some basic video editing to make the demonstration even shorter. Besides that, your report is thorough and I think you should find my scoring fair.
