Unfortunately contributions on repositories that have not received any program code updates for longer than 6 months are automatically rejected. When submitting updates on your own projects also make sure the commits were made in the last 14 days, because that's when they are eligible. For future contributions also remember that the repository should contain a README with usage and install instructions.
