Error in uploading video

Expected behavior
After uploading video, uploading a snap, filling the Title, description and tags the video should upload.
Actual behavior
After uploading the video, when I clicked the submit button I got an error response "upload a video before submitting"
How to reproduce
Use Mozilla Firefox to upload and submit.
- Browser/App version: Google chrome
- Operating system: Android 7.0

I couldn't reproduce this bug.
Besides that your entire post is unclear. Did you use Chrome or Firefox? Also please submit issues to the project's repository before submitting post to Utopian, and try and have steps in your "How to reproduce". What you wrote in this one actually contradicts other parts of the report. Besides that, I could upload videos just fine on both browsers.
I highly suggest you work on your grammar and on proper description of the behaviors and the steps needed to be taken to reproduce the bug. Maybe you failed to mention a step required for the bug to appear?
