Hard rules broken:

• No benefit over their existing logo design. Your logo design has a proportional problem as you can see on your mockup. It doesn't fit
• No monochrome version of your logo design
• There is a proportional problems on logotype version. Your icon is too big according to text

Suggestion:

• Try to focus on making logo for projects that really need a new logo or don't have any logo yet.
• Don't provide your source/editable files with .rar format
• If you provide some logo, here some example how to provided logos
