Hi @miniature-tiger, great report! Seeing the changes to the voting bot from the continuous stream of votes to the batched voting system is very impressive. I think the new method brings a number of advantages and an increased visibility due to the reduced voting time can be very beneficial for the contributors. Unfortunately, the contribution counts are rather low at the moment, so the new system can't really show its full potential. Btw, using the review link in the moderator comment to assign the contributions to the categories is a great idea - I never thought of that! :)

The timing chart is my favourite. With the new bot it looks a bit like the matrix. It's great to see the vote timing come down too. As well as the visibility and engagement it can bring I think that a quick feedback / incentive process also acts as a more active encouragement to contributors.
