After changing the location, the download is again problematic

Expected behavior
When changing the download location, then the file we download will be directly entered into our chosen location.
Actual behavior
When I downloaded the image from the browser, the image was immediately successfully downloaded. But when I try to change the download location, the browser directly problem, after the photo successfully download I tried to open it, but when I click open file, out notice files do not exist anymore.
How to reproduce
- launch lightning web browser
- Click settings
- And click on General settings
- And then find download lacation
- Browser: lightning web browser v 4.5.1
- Operating system: android 5.1

I believe this is similar to a contribution submitted here. To avoid making duplicate reports, make sure to go through open and closed issues on the app's github repo before posting.
