Contribution Specifications

• Translation Overview

This is my sixth contribution, and I continued to work on the folder called util.md. The strings were very similar to the ones from the previous contribution. Some strings explained the conditions of some methods and properties and what would the result be based on said conditions. Since there were a lot of technical terms in the strings, not all of them were translated to preserve the original meaning of the text.
