Hi, your expectations are understandable but there is no must on how the value should actually be calculated. The method changed few times and there are ways to follow.
Anyway, this issue is related to the higher SBD rate that Busy retrieves from the APIs, which means that this report is redundant and the issue has been reported before.
In addition, issues on GitHub should be as detailed as possible but your report is very different from what you present in here.
You could also join Busy discord and you would see that this issue is known. Don't compare different apps unless you are able to point to the specific implementation. Steemit and Busy are different so their implementations differ as well.
