Steemit, Busy and eSteem are just examples, you can use your favourite Steem frontend. If your post is on the blockchain and has the correct tags (utopian-io and another for the category) then it will be reviewed by a Moderator.
Note that https://join.utopian.io/ will be updated, the new version will be released soon. Here you can follow the development of the new Utopian frontend.
